After a teenager crashes a car into a Robbinsdale house, a man is hurt

Robbinsdale, Minnesota — One person was injured when a 13-year-old boy drove into a home in Robbinsdale on Monday evening.

According to the Robbinsdale Police Department, a woman allegedly let the boy drive the vehicle around the neighbourhood, and at one point, he accidentally hit the gas pedal rather than the brakes.

One of the residents was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries that police say are “non-life-threatening.”

Police say they were called to the home on the 3200 block of Grimes Avenue North shortly before 6 p.m. after about one-third of the vehicle entered the house. Police say the other resident of the home was not hurt.
