Pennsylvania — A fatal crash in Lancaster County killed one person and injured another on Tuesday night.
The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on Twin County Road near the intersection with Ash Road in Caernarvon Township.
According to Lancaster County dispatchers, emergency crews discovered a single-vehicle crash.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the driver of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger in the car was treated by first responders before being taken to a nearby hospital. The extent of the passenger’s injuries has not been revealed.
Investigators believe speed played a role in the crash.
The Caernarvon Fire Company responded to the scene as authorities worked to secure the area and begin their investigation.
The identity of the deceased driver has not yet been revealed.
