The Shark Steam Pocket mop allows for prolonged cleaning with its double-sided mop head. Attach one of two included machine-washable, microfiber pads to this Shark’s mop head. When you start to notice one side getting too dirty, simply flip the head over to the clean side and continue steam mopping.

It takes the mop only 30 seconds to get the steam going. The Shark S3501 can hold up to 15 ounces of liquid. The steam mop is safe to use on sealed hard floors, including wood, tile, stone, marble, laminate and vinyl.

The Shark S3501 Steam Pocket mop has a 4.4-star rating out of nearly 55,000 ratings. One reviewer wrote, “We have a farm so my floors are always a mess from everything that gets tracked in by my husband and I or our three dogs. This floor steamer literally changed the color of my floors, it works amazing! The tank for water is a little small so I have to refill it for every room, but it’s easy and not a big deal. I have used it on tile, wood and laminate floors and it works great on all of them! Highly recommend!”

Dupray Neat Steam Cleaner

Dupray

The Dupray Neat steam cleaner has not only gone viral on TikTok, but it has also become the best-selling steam cleaner on Amazon. These include a floor tool, window tool, five nylon brushes, one brass brush, three different types of microfiber attachments and more.

The machine takes about eight minutes to produce steam, but it can run for 50 minutes, giving you plenty of time to clean upholstery, grout and filth from heavily used kitchen appliances.

The Dupray Neat steam cleaner has a 4.5-star rating on Amazon. One reviewer wrote, “This steam cleaner is amazing and my house has never been cleaner. The best part of the steam cleaner is it makes difficult cleaning jobs SIGNIFICANTLY easier. I really appreciated this steam cleaner for the hardened spill in my fridge, cleaning the oven and stove top, my couch and the grout.”

The Pure Enrichment PureClean XL rolling steam cleaner has a 4.3-star rating on Amazon. One reviewer said that this is “the best steamer I have ever owned,” adding: “I have used multiple steam cleaners in the past and this one is by far the best. My vinyl kitchen and laundry room floor looks like new again. That was the primary purpose for purchase, but when I saw the job it did, I used it on my windows. Definite WOW factor. It is sturdily built and rolls easily. Very happy with this steamer and it is worth every penny.”

The shopping experts at CBS Essentials love Shark so much that we can’t help but name the brand twice in this article. The Shark Steam & Scrub steam mop is $50 off on Amazon right now for a limited time.

This Shark model makes steam cleaning even easier with its two rotating mop pads, which the brand says produce more than 150 scrubs per minute. The Shark Steam & Scrub has a 4.5-star rating on Amazon. One reviewer wrote, “So easy to use!! And omg does it work!! It removed a piece of hard candy that melted to the floor under my friend’s stove. We didn’t use any kind of cleaner at all!! It was so stuck on and melted, I was astonished that it took it off without any type of cleaner!!..”

We love this steam cleaner because it’s an upright mop and handheld steam cleaner in one. Plus, compared to other steam cleaners mentioned in this article, it heats up the fastest (20 seconds!). After you’ve finished steaming your floors, detach the handheld from the mop handle and secure one of the five attachments.

These include a grout brush, copper grate cleaner, small detail/nylon brush and adjustable steam nozzle. Or, you can slip the unique steam glove on if you prefer to be more hands-on (literally) with your cleaning. What’s more, you can control the level of steam with the control system located on the handheld.

The Black+Decker 7-in-1 steam mop with the steam glove has a 4.3-star rating on Amazon. One reviewer wrote, “This steam mop has been amazing. We moved into our home and were cleaning the mess from the previous owners. Jeez did we remove some disgusting grout dirt.”

Sen. Mark Kelly says feds need to do a “better job” of letting Americans know “there’s a huge amount of misinformation” on election

Washington — Sen. Mark Kelly said Sunday that the federal government needs to do its part to inform Americans of the vast swath of election misinformation that’s being consumed on social media platforms like X, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

“It’s up to us, the people who serve in Congress and in the White House to get the information out there, that there is a tremendous amount of misinformation in this election, and it’s not going to stop on Nov.  5,” Kelly said on “Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan.”

Kelly, who sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee, said he’s seen these misinformation operations target not only his state of Arizona, but also other battleground states.

“There is a very reasonable chance I would put it in the 20 to 30% range, that the content you are seeing, the comments you are seeing, are coming from one of those three countries: Russia, Iran, China,” Kelly said.

In a committee hearing last month on foreign threats to the 2024 election, Kelly presented screenshots of Russian-made web pages showing fabricated headlines designed to look like Fox News and The Washington Post, targeted at voters in battleground states.

“So my constituents in Arizona and others — they seek to influence the outcome of these elections, and that is absolutely beyond the pale,” Kelly said at the Sept. 18 hearing. “We’ve got to do something about it.”

Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump each have the support of 49% of Arizona voters, according to CBS News’ battleground tracker as of Sept. 30.

In another battleground state, Pennsylvania, Trump returned Saturday to hold a rally in Butler three months after an attempted assassination on him. He was joined by members of his own party and billionaire Elon Musk, who said Trump was the only way to preserve democracy and warned of a last election if he does not win in November.

Speaking to CNN’s State of the Union on Sunday, Kelly called the social media mogul a hypocrite.

“He’s standing next to the guy that tried to overturn the 2020 election on Jan. 6, saying that this is somehow going to be the last election and they’re going to take away your vote,” Kelly said. “And you know, it just doesn’t pass the logic test.”

At the White House press briefing on Friday, President Biden – speaking from the podium for the first time since taking office – said he’s confident of a free and fair election but alluded to the 2021 insurrection at the Capitol in his concerns on whether it will be a peaceful transfer of power.

“The things that Trump has said and the things that he said last time out when he didn’t like the outcome of the election were very dangerous,” Mr. Biden said. “If you notice, I noticed that the vice-presidential Republican candidate did not say he’d accept the outcome of the election, and they haven’t even accepted the outcome of the last election.”
