New Green Wave of Hospitality

A key part of Starbucks’ makeover includes the introduction of the “green wave” of hospitality. This concept is centered around a new “green apron service model,” which aims to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining strong connections between baristas and customers.

The green apron service model comes with a few changes to the uniform policy. Baristas will continue wearing the iconic green apron but will also be required to wear a black shirt (or long-sleeved collared shirt) and khaki, black, or blue denim bottoms.
