A Florida man already charged with sexually abusing a teenage girl, including allegedly forcing her to “sign a contract” with a “clause” stating that she’d “be his sex slave twice a week,” is now accused of attempting to have her killed to prevent her from testifying, according to police officials.

Andrew Mustapick, 70, of Vero Beach, has been charged with two counts of soliciting someone to tamper with a victim after allegedly orchestrating a “murder-for-hire plot” to assassinate his alleged victim, according to court records and local police.

“This guy is an absolute animal,” Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers told ABC affiliate WPBF and other media outlets during a news conference on May 6.

Mustapick, who entered a plea agreement in the abuse case in January, was set to be sentenced in June. “His plan was to withdraw the plea deal,” Flowers said. “If the victim is no longer here, he essentially gets sentenced to nothing.”

According to the TC Palm, police believe Mustapick met the girl, who was then 17, through a 19-year-old friend. He allegedly offered to buy the older teen a car in exchange for sex. The younger girl told investigators that after Mustapick bought the car, the 19-year-old forced her to have sex with him.

According to police, Mustapick forced her to sign a contract outlining her schedule and how she would “be his sex slave twice a week on Mondays and Fridays for the next five years.”

According to investigators, Mustapick denied knowing the girl before agreeing to the plea deal. His alleged murder-for-hire plot was discovered during a police sting in which he agreed to pay $40,000 to have the victim not testify and an additional $50,000 to have her killed, according to the TC Palm. Flowers claimed Mustapick was arrested and charged on May 5. A relative of Mustapick allegedly tipped off police.

“He’s trying to hire someone to kill the victim in this case,” Flowers remembered the person saying. “He wants to pay someone to kill this victim,” the sheriff explained.

In the abuse case, Mustapick faces a sentence of one count of unlawful sex activity with certain minors.
