After being found guilty of giving women incurable sexually transmitted diseases by peeing in bottles, the janitor received a six-year sentence.

A guy faces jail time after being convicted of polluting water bottles at an office building where he worked as a janitor.

According to legal firm Abraham Watkins, Lucio Diaz was charged with indecent assault and aggravated assault with a lethal weapon, namely his body fluids bearing the Herpes Simplex 1 Virus.

On Wednesday, Diaz was sentenced to six years in jail.

The video above discusses the complaint filed against Diaz.

In August 2024, a lady reported smelling something nasty in the staff water dispenser at the doctor’s office on the East Freeway, where she works. She pledged to drink exclusively from the water bottles she brought to work.

Then, in late September, she believed her own water bottle was contaminated with pee. According to court papers, a urinalysis verified the findings.

However, she said that the spy camera she purchased answered all of her concerns. She just uploaded a snapshot picture from the video, allowing ABC13 to see it in its entirety.

Further testing revealed bad news to the 54-year-old victim: she had contracted a noncurable sexually transmitted illness.

A complaint was first filed on behalf of four women who worked in an east Houston office building where Diaz was a janitor.

The ladies allegedly tested positive for incurable sexually transmitted illnesses after coming into touch with Diaz’s contaminated water bottles.

The law firm said that after the complaint was filed, nine more women who worked in the same building came forward with similar accusations and diagnoses.

The complaint names the building’s owner, management firm, maintenance company, and the cleaning company that hired Diaz.
