Fajita Pete’s will debut in Wichita Falls on Monday at Crossroads Center, 2708 Southwest Parkway.

As the name suggests, the restaurant specializes on fajitas, which include beef, chicken, carnitas, and shrimp.

Owners are Cody and Katelyn Miller who have lived in the area all their lives.

The restaurant is a franchise of a Houston-based chain that specializes in catering, takeout and delivery but also has limited indoor seating. It has an app for placing orders and offers in-house and third-party deliveries.

“We’re the first ones in a medium-sized market. Most of the other stores are large market,” Cody Miller said.

In addition to fajitas, the store also offers Tex-Mex items.

“We’ve got tacos al carbon, burritos, flautas, salad enchiladas, chicken picos,” Miller said.

The restaurant also offers margaritas to go.

Fajita Pete’s will be open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and will be closed on Sundays.
