MEDFORD, Wisconsin — The Taylor County Sheriff’s Office says the teen they were looking for in connection with two deaths has died.

According to a department statement, preliminary evidence suggests he died as a result of a “self-inflicted gunshot.”

Initially, squads were dispatched to a home in the Town of Pershing at 10 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, following reports of two severely injured adults in need of emergency medical care.

When deputies arrived, they discovered two people dead inside the home.

The sheriff’s office stated that their investigation determined that the teen was responsible for the deaths of Josh Mann, 44, and Rebecca Mann, 39.
